All-in-1 user accounts have access to email through various methods. The most common access method is using your preferred email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc) to collect your email using POP3. This is way you can have access to your email even when you are offline alone with additional features the software provides (advanced searching & filtering, auto-replies, etc). But sometime you don't have the hassle of downloading, installing and then setting up software when you just need to check your email quickly (ie. from a net cafe or friends computer) - for these times use Webmail.
- POP3/IMAP: mail.yourdomainname.com (if using Gmail, access needs to be enabled)
- SMTP: mail.yourdomainname.com
- Username: Your username is your full email address.
- Password: Use your Admin login details (it's the same account)
Each mailbox size is limited to 40Mb. Total attachment size per email is 20Mb.
